without a corkscrew. Admittedly, this is a poor technique,which I discovered inadvertently. But it is simple. You just drop the bottle into the freezer, because it isn't cold enough, and then you forget about it. A few hours later, your bottle of winesickle has forced the cork out the top. Now thaw and serve. I do not recommend this method for a really nice bottle of wine. It'll taste like the cheap stuff by the time it thaws. I still prefer my old fork-and-screw method.
