Derek Simmons - DE - Fairfield, CA (Armijo H.S.)
Zack Heberer - OG - San Pedro, CA (San Pedro H.S.)
Gerald Washington - TE - Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Chaffey College).

Mays and Perez are both rated among the top 3 defensive backs in the nation. Even though USC has just five verbals so far, Rivals.com calls that the 21st rated class in the nation as of now. Things can only get better. When you are trying to recruit the best of the best of the best, you tend to get a lot of your commitments late.
