Remaining Games of Teams Ahead of USC:

Ala - Miss St., Auburn, Florida
Texas Tech - @ Oklahoma, Baylor, Missouri??
    Texas - @ Kansas, Texas A&M, Missouri??
Florida - S.Carolina, Citadel, @ Florida St., Alabama
Oklahoma - Texas Tech, @ Oklahoma St., Missouri??
Oregon St. - Cal, @ Arizona, Oregon

There are two head-to-head matchups in front of USC: Ala-Fla and Texas Tech-Oklahoma. Presumably, USC would pass a one-loss Alabama and Texas Tech (assuming the Trojans win out as double-digit favorites in every game). If so, USC makes it to the title game if : (1) Oklahoma loses at Oklahoma State,
    (2) Texas passed over as 11-1 team that did not win its own division (as Texas Tech would win any tie-breaker with Texas, and Oklahoma would have two losses in the scenario.)
    (3) Oregon State loses (remaining three teams are difficult in "ridiculously tough Pac-10)

At that Point, the standing would be (* conf champ):

    1. Florida 12-1*
    2. USC 11-1*
    3. Texas 11-1
    4. Alabama 12-1
    5. Texas Tech 12-1*

USC could use some upsets to cement the deal: Auburn over Alabama, Florida State over Florida, Kansas or Texas A&M over Texas.

You got your top two. Congratulations. Tough luck on that third one. Four thru seven were never going to happen. 9, 10, 11, 12 could have happened, but you lost those too. A rough day.
